Welcome to the Pranamaya Freediving website. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules governing the use of our website and services.

By accessing this website and/or booking any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services Offered

Pranamaya Freediving offers a range of services related to freediving and snorkeling, including but not limited to:

• Freediving courses (AIDA and specialty courses)
• Training sessions
• Excursions
• Competitions
• Group trips and expeditions

The availability of our services may vary depending on factors such as weather conditions, instructor availability, operational requirements, and local regulations.

2. Booking & Payment

Bookings can be made by contacting us directly via:

• WhatsApp
• Email

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the agreed deposit (bank transfer or other accepted payment method).

The remaining balance must be paid on the first day of the activity.

Payments may be made by:

• Credit or debit card
• Cash (Mexican Pesos or US Dollars)

3. Cancellation Policy

If you need to modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to reschedule your activity according to our availability.

Cancellation more than 72 hours before the activity

We can either:

• reschedule your booking; or
• issue a refund.

Refunds are subject to a 5% administrative fee and will be processed in Mexican Pesos via PayPal or Clip.

For freediving courses, a written medical certificate may be required.

Cancellation less than 72 hours before the activity

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the activity, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.

Weather Conditions

All trips, tours and excursions are highly dependent on weather conditions.

Pranamaya Freediving reserves the right to cancel or postpone any activity whenever necessary for safety or operational reasons.

If we are unable to provide the booked activity, we will:

• reschedule the activity whenever possible; or
• issue a refund, subject to a 5% administrative fee.

Instructor Courses & Travel Packages

These cancellation conditions do not apply to Instructor Courses or multi-day travel packages.

Specific cancellation policies will be provided at the time of booking.

4. Participation Requirements

Participation in our activities requires an appropriate level of physical fitness and health.

Participants are responsible for informing Pranamaya Freediving of any:

• medical conditions;
• injuries;
• disabilities;
• medications;
• or any other circumstance that could affect their ability to participate safely.

Pranamaya Freediving reserves the right to refuse participation whenever we reasonably believe that participation could present a risk to the participant or to others.

5. Changes to Itineraries

Although every effort is made to follow the published schedules and itineraries, Pranamaya Freediving reserves the right to modify:

• itineraries;
• schedules;
• departure times;
• locations;
• activities;

at any time whenever necessary.

Wildlife Sightings

Many of our excursions involve encounters with marine wildlife.

While we always do our best to maximize the chances of these encounters, wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.

No refunds will be issued if wildlife is not encountered during an activity.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly throughout all activities.

Pranamaya Freediving reserves the right to immediately exclude any participant who:

• behaves dangerously;
• behaves aggressively;
• disrupts the group;
• commits illegal or unlawful acts;
• creates inconvenience or annoyance for other participants.

No refund will be provided in these circumstances.

Participants found to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs before an activity begins will not be permitted to participate and will not be entitled to a refund.

7. Authority During Activities

The decisions of Pranamaya Freediving instructors, guides and drivers are final regarding the safety and operation of any activity.

Our staff may interrupt, modify or cancel any activity whenever safety requires.

Any participant displaying unsafe, disruptive or offensive behaviour may be removed from the activity without refund.

8. Safety & Liability

Freediving, snorkeling and wildlife encounters are adventure activities that involve inherent risks.

By participating in our activities, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks.

We strongly recommend that all participants obtain adequate travel and accident insurance covering:

• medical expenses;
• evacuation;
• diving-related incidents;
• cancellation;
• personal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pranamaya Freediving, its instructors, employees, contractors and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• injury;
• illness;
• accident;
• property damage;
• financial loss;
• or any other damages

arising from participation in our activities.

9. Photography & Media

During courses, trips, training sessions and excursions, our staff may take photographs and videos for promotional purposes.

Pranamaya Freediving reserves the right to use these photographs and videos for:

• marketing;
• social media;
• website publication;
• printed materials;
• advertising;
• promotional campaigns.

No compensation will be provided for such use.

If you do not wish to appear in photographs or videos

Please inform our team before the activity begins.

10. Intellectual Property

All content published on this website, including but not limited to:

• text;
• photographs;
• videos;
• graphics;
• logos;
• branding;
• downloadable documents;

is the exclusive property of Pranamaya Freediving unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used without prior written permission.
